| The iGov Forum is the key highlight of iGov Global Exchange. The Guest-of-Honour and Keynote Speaker at the iGov Forum is the Senior Minister of the Republic of Singapore, Mr Goh Chok Tong. In addition, the Head of Civil service of the Singapore Government and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr Peter Ho, will deliver the Welcome Address. The forum expects 400 attendees from various countries, including Ministers, Government Chief Information Officers, business leaders, international bodies that benchmark e-Government performances, and senior public sector officials. This session will promote the exchange of ideas and foster collaboration among international senior government officials, business leaders, industry professionals, think-tanks and researchers in the area of e-Government. |

| There will be three concurrent iGov Leadership Workshops organised in the afternoon, with each taking on the format of a facilitated panel and roundtable discussion consisting of international speakers, and moderated by an expert facilitator. |

| In the morning, the iGov Forum will see senior government officials and industry speakers from both developed and developing e-Government nations exchanging ideas and discussing best practices and challenges in various e-Government related topics such as: |

Global Trends in e-Government Development: Challenges and Opportunities
Hear the UN perspective on the global trends in e-government development, with highlights on the UN experience in promoting and monitoring e-government development worldwide especially as it relates to ICT-led public service delivery.
